Shipping Policy

At Showtime Apex, we ship all orders directly from our own stock. This means your order is picked, packed, and dispatched by us — no third-party fulfillment delays.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value required.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery address and the size of your package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Showtime Apex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at showtimeapex@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — check back for updates.
